Full specifications and some launch news tidbits for the Google Nexus One have emerged, and according to Engadgets source the first devices from Google at least will be offered by invitation only. The first batch are likely going to developers, similar to how Google offered previous dev handsets, but those sales will be followed up by general T-Mobile USA availability. The Nexus One will have a Qualcomm 1GHz QSD8250 processor, UMTS/HSPA 900/1700/2100 (i.e. only EDGE max on AT&T), WiFi a/b/g/n and a 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED display.
